I had an MRI scan last week and got the results today. Here are some snippets from the report:
Findings: Again are noted post-operative changes consistent with left hepatic lobe resection. No new liver lesions are identified. On post-contrast sequences, there is no abnormal enhancing liver lesion. No evidence for restricted diffusion on the DWI sequences. The main and right portal veins demonstrate normal enhancement without evidence for thrombus.
Other visceral organs including the spleen, kidneys, pancreas, and adrenal glands are within normal limits. No ascites is identified. No evidence for retroperitoneal mass or lymphadenopathy.
Impression: No evidence for residual or recurrent mass.
MY Impressions: I like the recurrent use of "no...", "normal...", "no abnormal...".
